In the festival itself, as well as in its prelude and postlude events in multiple venues from a sloop on the Hudson River to the web to Milan, Italy, artists from around the world offered statements, sounds, and images about water. The artists included Tomoko Sauvage, Maile Colbert, Aviva Rahmani, Barry Truax, Robert Scott Thompson, Jo Hutton, Karlheinz Essl, Gary DiBenedetto, Brian Belet, Karl Korte, Francisco Lopez, Gareth Loy, George Rivera, David Monacchi, R.
